HOW TO REPLUMP DRIED CHERRIES

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ½ cups dried tart cherries

  • 1 ½ cups of water


INSTRUCTION

  1. Place your cherries into a large saucepan and add 1 ½ cups of water. Bring the water to the boil.

  2. Once boiling, turn the heat down to a simmer and stir for 10 to 15 mins, until your cherries are rehydrated and plump. By this stage the liquid would have evaporated.
